Grief is exhausting. It takes a toll on you physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. The ongoing hurt can feel like you’ve been hollowed out or emptied - like you have nothing more to give. And the night feels like it will never end.
And yet, stars appear at night, like faraway pinpricks of hope. They remind you that there is still light. There is beauty. That you are not alone. And that the night won’t last forever. But to see them, you have to look up.
